ehh... any time is too early.  there really is no good answer for this. 

When you know its time, its not time.  When you think its too late, its not too late.  But the best case scenario is at a time when it means most, and will forever be remembered as a good thing.  Even if the relationship doesn't work out... as long as the feelings were true at the time... i guess it can't be bad.

but i again refer back to my own first line.
