The $3 bonus is for posting 30 meaningful posts in the forum. You get $3 per month--not per post.
For the sign up bonus, go to your account page. Under "Verification," make sure all the items have a green check mark by them. If not, do the items you need to.

The $3 Forum Posting bonus is for 30 meanful posts in a calendar month. 

You have 2 so far in August; if you do another 28 on or before 8/31  AND submit a request for the posting bonus (click on the "Have you been paid to post" link on the upper portion of this page and follow the instructions.), and they are meaningful, you would receive the bonus in 30-60 days (ie sometime in October).

For the $5 bonus, you need to complete a number of admin tasks relative to your profile and complete an offer.  If you think you've done everything on the list, send a TT to FC support and ask them to tell you what you've missed.

While you're waiting, make sure you're doing the daily click, that you've signed up for the daily email and continue doing offers, surveys, and posting on the forum.   Everything comes to him who waits, so they say.

So since I have 13, I have to do 17 more before 8/31/2010.  Not going to happen unfortunately.  Start fresh on 9/1/10
