Of course I have a pet! I think it would be unnatural if I didn't. I have always had one since I was born, though I don't really remember our pet from when I was born.

My girlfriend is an animal, so I guess that makes me an animal lover.  However, if I considered .er a pet, she'd probably dump me.  Are kids considered pets?  Probably not.  So, although I'm an animal lover, I don't officially have any pets.
