How do the Mobile Offers work

anyone know how these work?  I notice some say I need to respond to a text with a pin.  do you know if this will charge my cell phone bill?  I noticed none of the mobiles are in the "Free" section but they all have great payouts.  Are they all pay offers?

I was wondering the same thing, if they charge a bunch of money to the cell phone. I've been holding off doing those offers til I find an answer. If someone knows that'd be great!

yes they do charge, i noticed that most of them have a charge rate of like 9.99 a month so you gotta watch that. So you might wnna be really interested in the mobile offer as well if your going to do it.
