It says everything is sent out on the 20th of the month for payments, any ever get theres sooner? Just currious

Actually what it says it that payments a approved on the 20th of the month.
"Cashouts are approved around the 20th of the month after your request. For example, if you request a cashout today (and your account passes verification), you can expect approval on or around September 20th."

You will need to wait a little longer before you receive your payment.  The length of time varies depending on the payment method.  For example: payment through PayPal should only take 1-3 business days whereas it can take anywhere form 5-7 business days between approval and receipt of payment if you choose to have a check mailed to you.
