I'm new to this. Can someone help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee!??? It said I was approved for $3.20 idk what it mean by cashed out it said I had $0.

You have to reach $25 (at least $15 has to be offers and not bonuses) before you can cash out. But you were approved for the offers you have completed so far, you just don't have enough to cash out yet.

Thanks for the suggestions....I just did the daily offer for an auto insurance quote($3.20) and I'm able to request my first cashout.
