I completed a number of surveys (such as MyThoughtCounts) and when I was not credited for them I check the list of offers I have clicked and it told me to "check account", I did, and all it does is take me to my account page What do I do?

I've not had that problem. Try asking Kohler or hopefully someone else will help you.

When you complete an offer, especially surveys, keep the browser window open on your screen for 5-8 minutes or so...
I've learned it helps in the credit process 

You can always "Open A Support Ticket" with Customer Service for further assistance.
Click on the "SUPPORT" Link @ the bottom of FC Screens for instructions on the process.

Just remember, if you do not receive credit neither does FusionCash

i've learned that those type of surveys are generally timed so take your time doing them. and leve the last page (where it says thank you) opened for a long time i usually leave it open for how ever long it takes for me to get my credit
