yes this happens but if you go to support and start to submit a ticket they will tell you what you have or have not done in order to get that $5 bonus.. it happened to me good luck!

Go to your junk folder/Spam box to see if it is in there also.  The above link will also help to finish you out for the credit.  Did you do the phone confirmation if not you need to do it.  That will be best to do but still need to do the above link.
