dsmith, go to the home page and click on "Daily", that will take you to some daily offer boxes.  Click on the "More Special Offers" box.  At the top of the offers there are options like "free" mobile" ect.  Click on "Offers Status".  That shows you a list of the offers you've done, and which ones were credited, or not credited.  Click the question mark on the offer you have not been credited for (make sure it's been 10 days since you filled out an offer).  That should bring you to customer service, and that leads you to some option boxes to submit a complaint.  Why they put it there is a mystery to me.  It should be an option somewhere where everybody can see it.  Hope this helps.  I'm also going to post a topic "How do you submit a support ticket", to find out if there is any other way also.  You should see it under "Support".....hopefully.  I'm still new at this myself.  Take heart :wave:
