I have a 2-year-old.  My boyfriend and I were going to try for #2.  I am so confused.  I know I want another, and I want them close in age, but I don't know if I should:

1.  Try now, so they are 3 years apart
2.  Wait a year or so so I can get my $8,000 debt paid off
3.  I already stopped taking birth control, so have the attitude of it will happen when the time is right.  Like, not try just go with the flow of things.

Any suggestions.  I know this is a decision I should make with my boyfriend, and we talk about it, but it's hard to know what to do.  My sister and I are 5 years apart, and we get along, we just don't talk a lot like we should.  We did play together growing up, though.

I have a three and a four year old, both girls and it was hard having them so close together but now they are like best friends,

This is just my Opinion but a three year gap is still close enough that they can still relate to the events in each others lives, like the same things, maybe have the same friends growing up stuff like that.

And the older one is old enough to help out with the baby and not feel left out.

I have another one one the way, there is going to be an almost four year gap between my youngest now and the baby so we will see how that goes.

Hey sweetie..You should be sure that you can afford another one..other than that if it feels right go for it..I have three myself My oldest is 12,middle is 8 and youngest is 5 they get along great..I think the right parenting and any age kids can be close..Babies are a blessing and if you do decide to go for it..Good luck and congrats~~
