It would be cool to have a like "not working offer tab" next to the offers where they say bookmark and mark for later. So if the offers aren't working can help the other members out and the administration team by clicking that button or submitting a request or something.

Great thought!  I agree with you, too.  It would make it less frustrating if those sites were bookmarked or even eliminated until they were functional.
