    Got the MagicJack in and its working great!!  Just wanted to let you know for the ones that might be interested in getting it.  You get a 30 day free trial then you pay $39.95+ shipping after the 30 day trial if you decide to keep it.  I will be keeping mine.  Gettin rid of home phone except for internet service.  Hope this helps for those that may want to get one!!!

I got one, doesn't work well with a 2.4 GHz cordless phone, need to get a better phone. It works good except for the old phone I am using.

am glad you said that cause i couldnt figure out how it would work sometimes, but most of the time it would break up alot.  the main reason i like it is that it sends my messages straight to my email and i can catch them there.

Yes it pays for the first year they offer you additional years but I didn't do that b/c i'm doing the 30 day trial first just to make sure but i think its going to be just fine is so far.  You will not be charged anything else after the 30 days unless you choice to take out some of the offers they offer at the time of sign-up once you plug it in and finish the registraton of the unit.  I chose only the free offfers.

You can pick up the phone u have plugged into the magicjack and double click to open the little phone pad that installed on your computer click the VMail just above google and it gets your messages also.  You have to hit the star button then put in your password and you can hear your messages that way also.
