1...Why doesn't this 'legit' site have a mailing address and telephone number?
You all seem to have constantly ignored this question

2...Do you know who really owns this site?

3. Terms of Services means nothing if it breaks City, State or Federal law.
Why so many can't comprehend this paert is amazing

Do you understand their are laws against internet fraud.
Regardless of what the TOS may say, if a fraud, theft or attempted theft of fraud occurs
than that breaks the law. Belive me the State and city prosecutors will be interested if they learn a a site is committing a fraud by po box and is registered in their city. By the way, I have made no threats.
I said if I am not paid I will do this. That's not a threat but a promise.

By the way, the post office already knows who owns this site. A business or person that does business with the public must reveal their actual address and show identification to receive the po box. Now all it takes is one complaint to the postal inspector that a po box is being used to commit a fraud. Moreover the post office must give the address of who owns that po box. Now let me say this, you are not dealing with some kid fresh out of law school. Who nows nothing about how to have intenret sites commiting fraud prosecuted.
Now I will say this. I'm not implying this site is doing this. We will see what happens around jan 20

Wow all of this for surveys. Alot of factors come into play with a site like this and there is alot of "proving" on your part that has to be done to be considered a fraud site. If you are not credited for a survey, credit card order or whatever you have proof that you did complete the offer from your credit card but if someone else in your house has completed the offer or even if you click the offer in your spam email without knowing it you can become ineligible for that particular offer. If you did one on another site you become ineligible. Your IP address and email address is recorded with site like these to prevent fraud. If fraud was the case we would all be able to take an offer and use a prepaid card and spend the $5.00 to receive 15.00 back.

The use of a Post Office Box is not illegal. They are not giving there home address for the simple reason is threats. Being a website owner for over 30 plus websites a few have my address when it comes to basic business but everything else goes to a PO Box. Fusioncash is Paypal verified, which is a pain to get verified, they have record of the actual physical address of the company or persons behind the website.

Fusioncash is a third party in the survey offerings. You do not get paid unless they do. For a site that gives you a 20 and 15 dollar credit for spending $5.00 of your money cannot really be ripping you off that bad for a $25.00 payout.

Everyone has trouble with payouts and for them to only do it 1 time a month is good. If everyone wanted a payout when they needed the cash this site would not function the way it does. Grab a paypal account and use that for your deposits, or use your bank account. Waiting for a paper check is whats going to take the longest and without a bank account to deposit it into going to a check cashing place is going to take forever because they call the bank it is issued by and make sure the funds are there.

I hope you do get your money and you can have a little faith in the fusioncash system.

You seemed to have ignored where I said that we here in the forum cannot answer some of your querstions.  It is not us who own the site or who are responsible for giving you an address and phone number.  We are just members; Not site owners.

Yes indeed, the ignore button is going to come in very handy.

1st off. out of the 30 plus sites i am joined to,. and 20 i have been paid from already... none of them have a phone number or adress listed other then email....

2nd... Terms of Services means nothing if it breaks City, State or Federal law.
Why so many can't comprehend this paert is amazing--
it means awhole lot.... if you believe that it breaks any laws... why would you agree to it? why would you not report it from the start instand of agreeing to it. then bad monthing the site... this site would have a huge case agrest you for discumntion and slander.. and yes i can not spell lol. but anyways. you would be the one on the wrong side of the court room and i for one would be more then happy to go to court for this site and stand up for it. as i have been here over a year now and have NEVER had a single problem with the site, getting paid, getting help with i needed it. nothing! so as you keep saying... youll see come jan 30th.. well then how about this.. try keeping your month shut about things you have no clue what you are talking about until then... then if something would go wrong. instead of slandering the site in the forum, try sending a ticket to support like you are supposed to and find out what happened.... you take a case to court where you never tried anything to reslove the problem or find out about it yourself the judge will only laugh you out of there... and this is'nt comming from a dumbie ether. also as far as any laws you feel the tos breaks...  i would love to know what law they are breaking? sorry but i never filled out a w2 on this site there for it is not work rederned.. you were not hired by this site... if you were then you would be in support or admin or something else... not taking survey... you are a indepent contrctor as the only form you fill out is a w9 if you make over 600.00 for the year... i think you need a refresher course on the law buddy....

Atleast 85% of them have their numbers listed in the Service Agreements and/or the contact pages, actually. :D But I do agree to an extent.

Companies actually pay people like you to say things like that. (No seriously). I'm not saying that you are but they do and though it's unethical, if you're genuinely voicing your opinion, in most cases it's totally legal. Like these hollywood quick diets and pills you see on tv, many if not most, pay actors to give testimony. Use models who's never been within range of being overweight in their lives, and don't explain that in order to receive these remarkable results, you must diet extensively while exercising hours a day, up to 5 days a week. Sure the goals are achievable but being a single parent with a full time job... do the math. lol... But back to my point, I haven't had a problem with this site YET, but then again, tomorrow will be my first time requesting a pay out. We'll see how it goes.

God Bless FC for approving me!!  :icon_rr: Hint Hint!  :angel12:

??? I 'was' excited to use this site until I realized it will take 3 weeks to a  month to receive the money.
According to the payout schedule, payouts for December 2007 will occur on January 20, 2008. That's 3 weeks.
Then add on the time for the check to arrive that's another week or two or longer and we have 4-5 weeks or even longer. This seems impractical cvonsidering we already know how much money is in our accounts.
Does anyone know why it takes 3-4 weeks even for direct deposit?

My second question, who is "tyler" I read on another thread on this 'fusion cash site,' that this site is a scam.

If you think that 3 weeks is a long time to wait in order to get your money than I suggest you stay away from the following GPT sites:

Sendearnings
Inboxdollars

You have to wait 2 months from when you cashout to get your money!
I cashed out once on Inboxdollars and then dumped it because it is virtually the same site as Sendearnings (they are sister sites and you do offers on one site, you notice that the other one doesnt credit). Im waiting for my second paycheck from Sendearnings and when I get it, Im done with that site too. Hardly any offers credit, you get a penny per email they send you, and I havent seen a cent from the tons of referrals I have on each of those sites. I stopped promoting them months ago.

Hmm why would someone who (I am assuming) is saying they are a lawyer need to fill out surveys online for extra money?  Shouldn't you make enough money where you don't need the extra cash anyway?  Perhaps you weren't saying that.  I don't know.  You said you were not some kid fresh out of law school.  I have no idea what you meant by that.  If you are indeed a lawyer perhaps your business isn't going so well.  Maybe that is why you need someone else to take to court lol.

All I can say is I think Fushion Cash is a great site for those of us wishing to earn some extra cash. I do it at my own free will. And, have no thought in mind they will not pay me nor am I going to post they are scam or otherwise unless I never receive my cash, then I will contact the support and not flounder the forums to fuss or ruin other peoples days by posting an issue only support can help with.

Great site and some great people here too

pushies that nice ignore button :D
