I'm new here and i am confused on what i am doing. Please help. Like picking the offers. i thought they were suppose to send us forms to input data..... maybe im making this out to be harder then it is.

No you dont need any form to input data, just do the offers and make sure to do them right and let every page load all the way, if you do them correctly for the most part they will credit your account almost instantly. Try not to do too many offers at one time because they might not credit you.

When you pick an offer, the form that you are suppose to fill out is in the webpage itself. They are online forms, so to speak. Just fill out the online forms with your personal information as you see fit. They don't send anything to you to fill out, unless you do a "survey company" offer that sends you paper surveys to your address but they are rare.
