Flower Frenzy

Hi all! I played the game and got above the highest score on the board but I'm still unable to redeem the money. My code name is clearly visible in the scores board yet when i click to claim my bonus, it shows me a "problem" message. Am I doing something wrong? Help is appreciated!

The game provider switched up their scoring system to a new scoreboard.  I had to make a change on our end (it was still looking at the old scoreboard).

Should work now...
