Are there any red X's to the left of your screen when you view your account besides the Direct Deposit one? Also if you were able to get through the cash out part you need to wait until the 20th of the next month to receive your money. You didnt explain what the problem was clearly so i hope this helped.

if you set up direct depo, then changed it to paypal, you will see a red x on your screen by direct dpo info... but you will get paid paypal or check.. whatever you picked on or around the 20th on the month...... no matter when you cashout,. you get paid on or before the 20th of the next month... cashout in nov get paid in dec... and your account will state pending until your payment is processed. hope this helps

im trying to cashout to my paypal account but it keeps saying you will receive your check in the mail by jan. 20 i want it to go to my paypal account what am i doing wrong.. i also checked to see if i had paypal selected and it is... can someone help me out with this

Click account information on the left side of your account screen. About half way down you will see check direct deposit or paypal radio buttons. Make sure the paypal address is in there and you email address is on the bottom and click submit Make sure you have clicked with method you wish to get paid.
