One thing to keep in mind, if you have no other options spend you time on friends and family. From my experience you are better off in online Social Networks finding people who are ALREADY trying to make money online, then there is one less hurdle to get over.

I see a lot of those money making website videos on youtube made by members of these sites. So you could try promoting FC on youtube and make sure you post your referral link. ( also state the name Fusion Cash, not the website url, because some people won't bother looking at your description to click on your referral link, but would rather open up their browser and go directly on the site and may end up signing up unreferred.
