Still temp denied

I faxed in my id with all the requirements about mayb 2-3 weeks ago and my cashout is still temp denied i didnt receive any notifications by email regarding this problem can anyone clearify if my id was verified or not ? ty

your best bet would be to open a support ticket... top right on your account page.. when you submit it, make sure you submit it on the 2nd page also or it will not get sent. they give you a list of answers 1st to see if that can help you. look at the bottom and you will see send anyway. hit that. then check your email later on. sometimes i have gotton a email back within a few minutes. other times it has taken a day. so just keep checking

i have been temp denied since 10-28-2007, i just gave up waiting on my account to be approved. faxed info and got no response and opened tickets that were open for weeks. it is less frustrating to just give up.

Since OCTOBER?!?..omg thats freaking ridiculous...i damn sure wouldnt do any more offers here till that mess is worked out...hell its almost TWO months later!!!....

Had had the same problem earlier this year, on my second cash out. I never did get it. I faxed my ID twice.

that is because if you have a problem you are supposed to send in a support ticket.. not open a thread... there is ho w many threds n posts.. you really think  they have the time to go tru each post n thread daily? send in a support ticket and see how fast you get a reply hope this helped

ive already opened like 3 support tickets

and they are still open? double check under support and make sure there are no responses. other wise only thing i can say is keep at it. don't know why they would take so long. i have always gotton back to from them within 24 hours max.
