HELP! ADD offer

Yikes! Im in the middle of the A.D.D. offer and the requirments said if you are affected to register and complete the survey. I registered but I dont know what survey they are talking about?? I cant find any survey for it on the site. What do i do? I thought about closing the screen and clicking on it from fushion cash again but now im signed up so they pobably wouldnt let me do it over again.

i tried the offer as well, im not sure what this other person is saying about it being a scam , but i dont think they actually have a "survey" so to speak, but i DID find a small questionnere. i just didnt find it as easy as stated to complete. but hey, its like they say, ya win some, ya lose some. dont stress too hard. just keep an eye out for any strange activity with your info & email addy.

I just did the ADHD offer as well as all the heartburn and diabetic ads too. I suffer from heartburn, my fiance's aunt is diabetic and my ex has ADHD so I requested info so I can give it to them. I hope they credit although when I looked it just said that it was ineligible for credit so we'll see.

Those ads are tricky though because you have to click on the banners to get to the surveys.

you people need to stop thinking everything is a scam i have done all the free offers and all of them credited except for 6 which you really shouldn't mind because that is a very high success rates, i also did bidz.com with my paypal still waiting for the jewwelry but it credited as soon as i did the requirements

i don't know about the add offer but if it is in the non cc section it credited for me, so i don't think it is a scam

How do you even get to the survey for these offers? Theres nothing to really click on the page. And for the person who said they can't find it it is on the new page. Defintaly would help to get these offers, I suffer from heartburn and always love new information on it my child has Adhd and my mother has diabetes. I would LOVE to complete these offers but I can't find any page to click on. Help?

i did the heartburn one elsewhere before it was here n got credit no problem. but the add one i did here but could not find the survey and no credit. so i think imma go redo it and look for the survey as it should'nt count as completed... as not doing the survey i have not completed it., ok it was here  i did the heartburn offer. DUH ME LOL and as i said. it credited almost instantly
