Hello, Not support but I think I know why. Your banner shows everything you have clicked on and your earnings are what you have already earned.. So lets say you completed an offer/survey but maybe you missed a step and you didn't get credited for it. It will still show up in your banner but it wont be in your earnings because something ain't quite right.  I have a few bux on my banner that I haven't been credited too it happens

i have the same issue, i believe what is causing mine is where i hadn't used fusion cash for a while and my a few of the credits from bonus offers actually expired...

None of my offers has Denied Status,
They all say approved!

I think the problem lies with one of the surprise promotions by kohler.
where I was miss-calculated in my surprise winning total. I was shorted $1
then kohler corrected the error. It was showing as approved in the accounts colume
but was never added into the total in my account.
