No credit for SurveyHead

Hello,
I have been doing the SurveyHead offer everyday. I get the message that I have successfully completed the survey. however never receive credit for it.

do you clear your cookies before doing surveys?  i havnt been denied credit for any survey ive completed in a while

Since SurveyHead started, I have been credited each time for a successful survey completion.  I'm using Internet Explorer 8.  Like muush said, make sure to clear your cookies before doing the offer.  Also, make sure your browser is set to accepting third party cookies and leave the window open for a little bit after you successfully complete the survey.  Good luck!
