The state of New york is falling apart   no money  politicians who cant agree on anything  jobs gone   holding back state tax refunds  no budget yet   gonna try to tax sugar some more

but the good news is 
You cant return underwear you've bought and they cant be resold in the stores so make sure they fit the first time  HYGIENE RULES    :thumbsup:

That's a little more informatiom than we need to know! Especially the part about the underware. However, it is funny! And it does'nt surprise me coming from the state of New York.
