Standard OR Secure Sign In???
« on: March 14, 2010, 10:26:57 am »
#1. WHY DON'T YOU HAVE SECURE SIGN IN ONLY???

#2. IF YOU INSIST ON HAVING BOTH STANDARD SIGN IN and SECURE SIGN IN, WHY DON'T YOU MAKE IT AUTOMATICALLY SECURE SIGN IN, and if someone wants the STANDARD SIGN IN,they could select that?????

You can bookmark the secure login page and visit it directly that way.  The reason the system does not default to an SSL connection is because it uses substantially more server resources, and many people don't care that much about it.

The system will automatically force you to use SSL if you visit a sensitive page such as your account info page, telephone verification, form W-9 completion, Direct Deposit enrollment, etc.

Maybe if you in a Public wifi area '(Witch i highly DO NOT reccomend to sign in there)' You can use Secure Sign in. But i think people can still get into secure sign in on Pub wifi SO BE CAREFULL!

This would eliminate a lot of the hassle.  I think that upon signing up for FusionCash, you should be given the option to either log in using secure sign in or standard sign in.  Then, this type of sign in would be the standard sign in for your browser, and you could change it using account settings at any time.

does anybody know what difference secure login has over standard?, is it SSL 2.0? i'm going to keep precautions about the stuff, not that i've ever been hacked, but things happen.
