When you click on offers which say 'Instant Credit' it means you will receive credit usually very shortly after completing the offer. However, there are sometimes when an offer just won't credit. Not having your browser set to accept third party cookies, having already completed an offer somewhere else (whether paid or not), you don't qualify for a survey/offer, bad luck, amongst other reasons can cause offers not to credit. That's why you need to have your browser set to accept third party cookies so that if you complete the offer correctly, you hopefully can get credited.
With the surveys, you won't always qualify for them, which means you won't get paid. Each survey has different demographics they are looking for. Sometimes there may be a lot you qualify for, other times there could be days you won't. There also can be LONG qualifying segments/questions, which can make you think you qualified, but after several minutes you find out you didn't. If you successfully complete a whole survey, at the end you should clearly know you did.
