I noticed alot of the offers require a Credit card, (which i don't have). New offers would be great because i can't cashout til i get $15 in just offers and so far that isn't happening without using a CC

You should try the Free/No CC Needed offers and if you complete all of those or want more, under that same section select the More Special Offers on the very bottom...That will take you to another page with alot of FREE offers as well...I already cashed out and it was easy and fast...I would also recommend referring people...you can earn alot through that for FREE...Hope that helps!
