I tell my husband ALMOST EVERYTHING.  So when some one tells me something I do tell my husband because he doesn't listen to me half the time and I get it out of my system.  But I find that most people who tell me secrets tell so many other people too that I never have to say anything cause it comes out later anyways.  Other than life threatening you probably want to "stay out of it" cause then you get involved in the situation and somehow or another the problem becomes "YOUR FAULT"  who wants that!

Yeah, I agree with Jdunny. I'd tell my wife also, but other than her.. It'd be kept a secret.

It's inevitable that when you tell someone something that is suppose to remain a secret that it becomes an issue.  If you want someone not to tell something, don't tell them.  It's our nature to let things slip.
