Why cant I get paid

It took me four months to realize that the 'cashout' money was in a paypal account. I have my account tied to my checking. I didn't realize that paypal can hold money...so, while on ebay yesterday, I found out I had a $30 credit and I was so excited!
Go to paypal.com and login. If your money is not there, email 'suppor'. Hope that helps.
