It depends on how ready you are to have a baby.  Got everything out of your system done things you wanted to do? still partying? financialy ready, emotionaly ready, Lots of things to consider. Make a list pros and cons

Are you ready to have a baby? are you ready for this responsability, babies are too much responsabilities it's not just having a baby it's how you'll raise him babies like the planets needs too much caring and love to grow right, Do you have the time and effort and are you ready to give them what they need if your answer is yes then it's the right age for you, This is what I beleive maybe I am right and maybe I am wrong
