No Video Tab

Ummmmm....., I no longer have a video tab showing?

What happened to the videos?  Here is a screen shot...

If you do not have videos available to watch the tab will disappear until there are more videos available to view.

Messiah when you're on the Free tab press next and see if the video tab will pop up, it has been doing that off and on for me for the last month or so

It just means there are no videos available right now when some new video offers are available it'll be back! No worries!!!

Normally there is no video tab, if there are not any videos available. There are two videos available for today 11/9/10. One for a new movie coming out in Nov and 1 Video for Windows phone.

There is a video there, waiting to be watched but the server it's hosted on is down or something.

I've tried in both IE AND Firefox...

I get this error in Firefox:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

IN IE:

Network Error (tcp_error)
 
A communication error occurred: "Connection refused" 
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

I'm not quite sure that we all get the videos at the same time...

Yeah, I've been having the same problem too...maybe just because i'm new...

Sometimes it disappears.  Just check back the next day and it's usually there.

I agree. I have seen people post about a video that I completed a week prior. I don't know how the videos work, but we definitely don't get them at the same time. Maybe that is a good thing though. That way we are not all trying to watch the same one at the same time.

Also, I think sometimes people just let their videos stack up and don't check em' every day. Then when they post that they completed it, it seems like they JUST got it when really its because they JUST completed it.

I check them EVERY day.  Right after I finish the 15 cent PTC daily task.

Aww man that sucks... Maybe once they get some new ones it will come back.
