Best thing to do is to look around the forum at member's banners.  Some people never make enough to cash out because they give up.  Since I have been actively participating (September) I have cashed out each month except one.  There are people here who have earned hundreds or more.  I use this money to fuel other things I do online to earn so it may not seem like much money each month, but if I can take it and double it over and over without spending my own its great.  Plus when you get paid for referrals it is like getting paid for doing nothing.  Quite addicting.

Exactly stated above. I have been here around a week and have been LOVING this site!  Look at all the banners to see the potential and use that for MOTIVATION!  Start with the free offers and the dailys and work towards getting referrals, solid referrals that is, ones that are interested in this site.  Good luck and best wishes.
