Google apparently runs this site (blogger.com) as they use their name numerous times in the TOS.

I just read their TOS and didn't see anything about NOT being able to post referral links and such there. They actually clearly state that they (Google or any of their partners) are not responsible for anything that is posted there and for people to use their own judgement when it comes to posts.

So to be safe though, just go the site, scroll to very bottom of page and click on Terms of Service & read for yourself. Anymore questions and you can email them directly for assistance.

Are you asking if FC allows you to post your referral links on sites other than FC itself?

Yes, as long as you are not violating the particular sites TOS.
(Directly copied from FC TOS for reasons you could be banned from here:)
He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),

And, in posting, in a legit way a referral link in another site, you may NOT post your link, even if it's directly to your page, here in the forums. As referral links of any kind are not allowed here.

To specify, say you have a myspace page and you want to post your myspace page link here in forums. You can if it contains no referral links, banners, etc. If you decide to put your referral link/banner on your myspace page, you cannot post your page URL/Link here.

Even if you have referral links/banners from other sites & not FC, you still cannot post your URL/Link here in Forums.

I'd also like to point out that you may not post your referral links in Bulletins or do mass mailings. Example: you have 100 people in your address book on Yahoo. You click on all 100 to send mail to. In that mail, you post one of your referral links. That's a No-No as that is considered Spam as well.

As I stated before though, you may want to contact blogger.com and see if it would be against their terms of service first..

I read over blogger.com' TOS and could not see anything that said you couldn't so please check out for yourself first before taking the word of anyone else.

Hope this helped.
