Being a lifelong Vikings fan, of course I would love to see them win the Super Bowl...Favre or no Favre.

Simply put, NO.  Brett Favre is in his 40s, he has a history of either being injured, worn down, or both by the end of the regular season.  He also has a history of turning the ball over in the way of an interception, lots of them.  Other biggest concerns... NY Giants, New Orleans Saints [believe it or not] and I'm a S.F. 49er fan and he ticked me off in week 4 I think it was [49ers @ Vikings]

Probably not.  Although the NFC isn't as strong as year's past, I don't see the Vikings beating out either New Orleans or the New York Giants.  The Giants have a great defense, despite it looking not so great today, and Eli Manning has shown great poise in pressure games.  Case in point, check out the NFC championship game back in 2008 with the Giants vs. Green Bay.  Eli completely outplayed Favre.  Then, the major upset of the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Then, if he even got to the Super Bowl, I don't like their chances against a team like New England or Pittsburgh.

After beating the Giants today, the Saints I think have shown they are serious this year.  I think there's a VERY strong chance that two of those three (NY, Minn, and NO) will be playing in the NFC championship game this year.  But, I wouldn't also count out the Cardinals yet either...

Well the Viks look pretty good. Favre and Rice seem to be a good match. Throw Peterson in there and they might be looking at a good run at the Super Bowl

No way they'd beat the Packers right now, and they have zero chance to beat the Saints, Eagles, or Cards.

Face it. The vikings will never win until the move to L.A.

I am a huge vikings fan so seeing the enemy playing for us has been very hard.  Having said that, if he helps the vikings win their first super bowl, I will no longer hate him, not sure I can ever truly like him though.
