Hello Masters12!

 It depends on what type of account do you own.
 I do know if you have palpay it can take up to 48 hours.

 Under your account information their should be a link with the name of "cashout", click that and on that web page there is information on how long it takes to get your money depending on your account type.

 I hope that helped a little bit!

A paypal e-mail is the e-mail address that is connected to your paypal account.
 It is normally the e-mail you regiestered your paypal account with.

 If you don't know your paypal e-mail, e-mail paypal and ask them what your paypal account e-mail is. Paypal is easy and friendly to use. Here is the link to paypal www.paypal.com

I changed my account to paypal a couple of weeks ago. I cashed out at $60.75 and its been took weeks. Still havent got money yet. Im not in any rush for it so no worries

When did you cash-out? If you cashed out last month, cash-outs are approved and checks are sent out around the 20th. If you cashed out this month It will be next month before you get the check.
