problems with cancellations?

I recently signed up for the E-bay starter kit, payed $1.95, and was told that if i cancelled in 3 days or less i wouldn't be charged the $60 monthly fee.. Its day 2, and both the numbers that they've listed aren't responding, or are totally unrelated. I don't know how else to get ahold of them to cancel my subscription. Has anyone else had this problem? Or if you know somehow i could contact them other than the 2 1-800#'s i've been given, could you please let me know? I appreciate it so much!
