How does this site work?

So I joined a year ago never got back on and it popped up today under my favs.. Im totally interested but so unsure of how it works  So can anyone offer any good tips please

The best way is to get referrals, but you can start earning by clicking on the DAILY tab and do the PTC (Paid To Click), then try those other two Daily options.

You can also click on the OFFERS tab, select ALL and it'll show you all the offers, then just pick and choose the ones that you feel comfortable in completing to get credit.

There are plenty of helpful informations from users that have tried the various offers, if you want to read up prior to completion.
