Can you sue an insurance company for false sense of security the feeling of safety when you are not.
-
I don't know, but insurance companies seem to get a way with a lot. You pay and pay, then they won't cover to fix things or if they do pay you anything they drop you right after. I hate insurance, but it is a necessary evil.
-
No, I don't think you can.
-
You can sue anyone you want whether you have a case or not is another matter.
-
This is a definite loser on summary judgment. But if you wanted to waste your money and filing fee costs, I am sure that the court will accept your money.
-
you referring to auto insurance or another type?
-
no I am pretty sure that you can't
-
I do not think that you can sue an insurance company for your reasons listed. You can try and see though.

I think we need more information here, what kind of insurance (life, auto, home owners, etc)? What is your insurance company promising to specifically do that you feel they aren't keeping you safe?
-
No. Unless you get the Devil himself to represent you. Then you might have a fighting chance. :angel12:
