I took a TAP survey on another site. It was one hour long and I was told that before I began. I had the time and thought that I would give it a go.
It was similar to one that I had taken weeks ago but it asked what you bought in the last 30 days and last 7 days. It asked about TV viewing and other media in the last 30 days and the last 7 and the day before. So even if you did it weeks before, it was relevant to take it again. It might have asked about politics and current events. I can not remember the latter.
I completed the survey and it was very long but interesting. I submitted the completed survey and got a message that I had already taken it with an OK to click on. I clicked on the OK and got an error message not even giving me a DQ penny.
If TAP did not want me to take this survey again, I should have gotten a message up front and not after I completed the hour long survey and submitted.

That stinks! I have taken a similar survey, but got DQ'd a few minutes in and got my reward. I would HATE to spend an hour and get nothing!

I really hated spending an hour or so taking the survey and getting nothing. It was perfectly reasonable of me to think that I could take this survey regularly or occasionally. Survey could have told me that I had taken this survey previously and DQ'd me with a penny. It was mean to do what survey did.

That is very unfortunate, especially after 1 hour. I have always thought that it was okay to take similar surveys because maybe they are looking for changes in attitudes or behaviors over time. They should have definitely told you about already having taken the survey in the beginning. At the very least, you should have received a disqualification bonus for 1 hour of your time.

I try not to take any survey that will take more than 20 minutes, most of the times they are a dissapointment and do not credit
-
Terrible! I am disappointed on your behalf. I tried a Tap survey on weight loss providers. It was quick and paid $0.10.

I think I did that survey. I am not sure if it was on Fusion Cash or not but it sounds familiar. I can't remember if I got my credit or not. That type of thing happens to me everyday. I just put it out of my mind and go forward when it happens.

Since my original post, I accessed this same survey again. I decided to go ahead with it. I completed it and got the message that I had already completed the survey and would not get credit for it.
I was prepared that this might happen but I was curious and decided to test the water..
I will not be trying this survey again.

That is a disappointment. I would contact support to resolve this.

That’s really rotten! I don’t do ones that are that long, but I’ve done many and at the end read something like that or it just freezes up with no page that says submit. Hate that!

I am sorry to hear that. I have taken very long Surveys before too. I completed it all and then was disqualified. I know how you feel. It really sucks.

It never occurred to me to contact Support but now I wish that I had. The truth was that I had taken the survey before but TAP should have informed me in the beginning, not wait until I had submitted.

I did a TAP yesterday. At the end it said, "survey completed, thank you for your participation." Then nothing. No payment, no DQ bonus. Yet another waste of time.

i feel you. a hour survey only to get disqualified. that really stinks!
i have had a few problems with tap surveys lately but not that bad. i have fewer problems with tap than i do with other surveys. :rainbow: :peace:

Sorry to hear that. I haven't done any survey that is that long. But I did have pretty good experience with TAP surveys. I primarily choose the shorter ones and the qualification rate tends to be higher than regular FC Surveys for me. Hopefully, you will have a better experience with other TAP surveys.

I'm afraid THAT would have really ruffled my feathers!!! You were brave to try it again. My brain usually feels fried after an hour of survey questions. I guess it DOES help if the survey is interesting, but I have trouble remembering what I bought a week ago, much less 30 days. I've had surveys like that, when they even wanted to know what I paid for each item. No one should have to go through that without compensation!!!

That sure is a disappointment. I would've been pissed.
-
That's bad if we ever figured out what we 2ere making an hour we'd be pissed I'm sure. All sit3s seem to be bad lately. Did a swagbucks but didn't get my 25 swagbucks.

That is disappointing. Today I got a cell phone survey on Tap. It paid $0.25 just as promised.

I too get the same surveys every day on some sites for TV viewing, politics (like you may change your mind on who you're voting for since yesterday) I think they should pay even if it's one you have already taken, they are meant to be done more than one time.
Update: I get the same survey with a different video! Go figure! I take the reward, thank you very much!

True Tap disappointment would be Zero Tap opportunities because they went mobile only. In the meantime, make hey while the sun shines. I got a great survey today on Tap that paid $0.40.
