I just joined the site and every time I try to complete my user profile, I get an error message (see attachment). I've used Firefox, Waterfox, Internet Explorer, and Edge browsers and the same thing happens in all of them. Looking at some other posts, this doesn't seem like it's unique to me. I've cleared my cache, turned off ad blocker, etc.

did you do over several days? or several times in one day? Guve it a couple of days then try it. if not cleared do a support ticket

How about Chrome for your browser? Probably no difference but it's what I use most of the time. I think I saw where someone else was having this issue also, not sure if they got it taken care of or not. Did you get an email from FC to verify your email? I don't remember if that's how it's done, it's been way too long for me. Just thinking that maybe that has to be done first but heck, I don't know. Yeah, you might have to just submit a help ticket. Still can't enter my new account information from 3 weeks ago. Sent in 2 or 3 tickets and absolutely no response. I love this site, but so far I have found if you need help from the site; you aren't going to get it. Nice thing is that the folks on here will try to help as much as they can.

I moved on Valentines Day and I had no problem changing my address. What is the new account information that you would like to enter? Is it necessary to earn or to cash out?

I need to enter my change of address. My preference is to cash out with a paper check. I understand I can do a paypal, but right now cash would be nice. And I also understand I can have it direct deposited, but I honestly don't want to put my acct info out on line. As a stay at home mom, the money I make on survey sites is a great way for me to save up and surprise my husband with little extras. I'm not "hiding" my income from him (as little as it is, lol) I just like to buy him little surprises that don't come out of out monthly budget. So a paper check is a nice way to tuck away a bit of extra cash. It isn't a huge big deal, but I guess it is sorta annoying that I can't change my information.

They do not send you cash. A paper check is pretty much the same as PayPal. You need a bank account for both. At least with PP you don't have to worry about it getting lost some where along the way.
You do know if you have a bank account your info is already "out there" and "online" right??? You do not have to give FC your bank info unless you do direct deposit. If you do PP you just give them an email address. PP is completely safe as far as connecting it to your bank account.

Yes, I know they don't send cash, thanks. I prefer a check, but apparently there is no way to ever change your address on here. I have given up on that. It isn't worth sending in support tickets when there is no answer. It is what it is.

I've had this same issue since I joined. I wait a few hours, try again, same thing. It's also probably the same reason it says my Paypal account doesn't exist, even though I've been able to link it to plenty of other sites with the exact same email.

It's so frustrating. I am a member of several survey sites and I have never been on a site that doesn't answer support tickets at all. I love the site and make decent money when I have time, but the support is non existent.

Yes, it can be very frustrating, but it hasn't always been this way with FC. They used to be right on top of things that needed done or fixed. I'm thinking they maybe got "too big for their britches" so to speak, and there aren't as many in the the admin now, and it's very difficult for them to keep up with everything. It's been almost 6 years since I had to change my address, and it worked just fine then. I'm wondering if maybe it has anything to do with you not having any cash outs yet, I mean before you tried to change your address. Do you have your mail set up to be forwarded? I have only requested a check once in all the time I've been here, and if I remember right, it got lost in the mail, and they had to resend one, so it took twice as long to get it. After that, I just went with Paypal, so much easier and quicker.

I'm thinking they maybe got "too big for their britches" so to speak, and there aren't as many in the the admin now, and it's very difficult for them to keep up with everything. It's been almost 6 years since I had to change my address, and it worked just fine then. I'm wondering if maybe it has anything to do with you not having any cash outs yet, I mean before you tried to change your address. Do you have your mail set up to be forwarded? I might try again after I get my first cash out. I did finally just do direct deposit for a June payout. I am hoping that works. We have been moved over a year, so my mail is no longer being forwarded. In the long run, it might be easier to not do a paper check anyway. I don't use pay pal very much so I wasn't wanting to use that as a pay out.

Actually, update. I tried again to change my information and this time I got a different error message. It now says I can't change it since I have a pending cash out. So I will try again after my June direct deposit.

The site is not bigger. It is smaller and nothing is working. Read the threads in the forum. All everybody does is complain about how this and that is no longer working. Or no longer available.

No, you are just 1 of a handful that constantly complains. And how do you know how many they have in their admin as compared to how many members they have? You have no idea what's going on behind their doors. If you can't support them, why are you still here?

OK I understand. Yes, it really is easier, in my opinion, to do DD or Paypal. Plus you get it sooner. But if you do decide to change it to check, I hope it works right after you get your June payment.

The same thing happen to me and I have tried doing it over several days. So I put in a support ticket and waiting to hear back from them.

I have been having the same problem entering my profile information (and have done the same things... clearing the cache, using different browsers and waiting between attempts) . I have more than enough cash to meet the minimum of $25 and I still can't get my info added to the Fusioncash site. I even tried to cashout with a check, bit that didnt work. When i got to the final stage before finalizing the cashout, it shows you the address and name for where the check will be sent. Mine showed me nothing but the city and state. I didnt end up cashing out at that time because I couldn't verify the check would be sent to me or that it would be made out to me. I have verified my email and my phone number but I am in the same boat when trying to add my profile information to cashout. If I figure out or find out how to fix this, I will be sure to post to the community to try and help anyone else.

I have a referral that has this problem.. she has tried everything, even writing to their postal address.. no reply.. and now her balance has gone down 5 bucks so far.. This is the bad thing about waiting to make the amount needed for a cashout.. then.. POOF.. no help from support. It is awful that this is going on.. then their are posters on this forum that complain that people are complaining... hahaha
