There is none so if anyone would want to ask for help, don't bother. I've been waiting since 11/2 for help on the mobile phone deal. To refresh, I don't have text or data on my old phone. it's for emergencies only. So, they tell me "too bad" (my language but their words in effect). :notworthy:
I'm soooooooooooooo glad there are companies out there that care for their customers, clients, etc. Guess with the internet and the millions of people that use it, they don't need people like me. Oh, well. Their loss, not mine because I'm broadcasting how helpful they are to everyone I know. Too bad. >:(
