Title: How/where did you meet your spouse/significant other?

Question is self explanatory in the subject line, so I will just give my answer.  We met while serving together on a church retreat team and slowly got to know each other through that team building process over several weeks and over the retreat weekend while assigned to the same small table/group.  I do not believe it was a coincidence that we both served on the same team together. I believe it was a higher plan at work!

My wife was a Maid of Honor for her sisters wedding and i was Best Man for the groom.We dated shortly and i remember feeling that i had never been treated so special before by a woman.

My wifes middle name should be "Loyalty"!Her family,her job,her friends,our dog and of course ME!!

I met my husband on a blind date, friends had been trying to set me up with him for a while, but I was real shy of it,  one of the girls dad checked him out for me before I would consent to meet them at the Olive Gardens and we did start to date of course he lived in one town and I lived in another so we did not see each other a lot. But got to know each other and got married I had been single for a very long time and thought I never wanted to get married again, But we have been married now for 21 years.

at a nightclub and we have not been apart since the day we met and it has been since 2003 and we got married in 2013

I met him at a bar in my town. He was a friend of a friend.  Frankly, I didn't really take him seriously because he was 6 years younger than me.  Fortunately, he was persistent and now we've been married for 25 years.

we met at a bowling alley.  he actually hit on a friend of mine, then decided to start asking me out.  took three months before I would agree to go...didnt really like him to start with.  now we've been married 20 years.

I met my current boyfriend 7 years ago at a job we used to work at. Since then we have been together and had a baby, but no marriage yet...sometime..
