The best toothpaste to brush your teeth is a toothpaste containing fluoride and has the ADA shield/ Accepted by the American Dental Association. Also tartar control toothpastes are good to use because they contains a chemicals to slow the build-up tartar. Which is bacterial plaque that has harden and can be very difficult to remove with a toothbrush. ;D

I prefer a fluoride-free toothpaste...

I was told by a dentist that just the basic toothpaste was the best and the cheapest.

I believe toothpaste is all the same the only difference is the name of it. " Thanks."

Be true to your teeth and they wont be false to you.
I forget the name but toothpaste for sensitive teeth i think is very good too.

I do believe that pretty much most toothpastes are all created equally. However when I have sensitive teeth perhaps from whitening etc. I have to switch to Sensodyne. I don't use sensodyne all the time as it is more expensive than the other brands, but it is the only toothpaste which is successful at desensitizing my teeth. I just use if for 4 or 5 consecutive days and then I'm back onto my cheaper toothpaste.

After I had braces my teeth became sensitive. I use Synsodyn tartar control with flouride and it seems to be working so I stick to it.
