Title: Account Restriction?

Ok title says it all  ???

My cousin Amber, who referred me, has been doing this for a week or so - we (me and another cousin, Laura) are over at her house today riding horses and she was telling us about this site so we said we would check it out before we left. I still wonder if its for real or not because I aleady have like $10 today from doing two things and that doesn't seem possible but anyhow!

My cousin Laura used Amber's address because she didn't want to give her parents home address out, she thinks this is going to get her idenity stolen. And I'm kind of worried myself since I just had to give my phone number just to get on this forum  :-

Any now my cousin who referred me is on Account Restriction??? She upset, and tried to find a number to call but cant find one so did a ticket but hasn't heard back? Do you know why they restricted her account? Can it happen with too many people signing up, her friend Ally and sister did too today.

Anyhow help would be awesome, becaue we can't find a 1-800 number and she wants her account back and I want to know if this is legit lol

I'm not sure, but it sounds like your cousin's account is on restriction because Lara used the same address that Amber already registered with FC. Two people can not register with the same address. Because both registered with the same address, FC might have assumed that the two people are from the same household. Only one person per household is allowed to register with FC. Your cousin Lara needs to update her information and use her correct address. Maybe then, the restriction will be lifted.

yeah they said that what is was, so they said it wasnt eligible for cashout anymore, Laura had already closed hers  :- So I guess I'm the only duck left in the pond now

It sounds like mulitple people logged in from the same computer, or same IP address. You cant have more then one member use the same computer or IP address.. the rule is one member per household, so if you all logged in from her house (thus all using the same IP address) you can ALL get your account restricted or deleted. This is to prevent fraud, for example someone referring themselfs under multiple names to get referral bonuses.

If thats the problem yall can try sending in a support ticket explaining it was a mistake, FC might let yall reopen your accounts if you all use different computers in different households/IP addresses. (Support tickets usually take a few days to hear back from)

I think if you read through the rules it does indicate that only one account per IP address. If one account was opened and then made a referral and that person opened an account from the same IP address, it would appear to FC that it might have been all the same person. Hopefully you will hear back on your support ticket soon, please post again when you get an answer. You may just have to bite the bullet and open a separate account from a new IP address. Good luck.
