Title: Compensation for 2 days unable to access FC

Greetings,

   I was unable to access FC on the 20th and 21st of OCt. 2011. Very frustrating, and I think it would be great if there were some sort of a bonus compensation as an apology to those of us who ended up in the same boat. We are playing by the rules and expect to be able to do our thing, please consider a show of goodwill, Thanks.

hmm thats strange, I was able to access FC just fine, as were many others.. are you sure this was a FC malfunction or could it have possibly been something with your internet?
Either way the only thing you can do is send FC a support ticket explaining that you couldnt get on and the reason why you think it may have caused that.. they MIGHT be generous enough to compensate you $0.34 cents for 2 missed days of daily email and paid to click, the 2 everyday money earners on here, but anything more than that seems very unlikely..
Best luck to you in the future on being able to log in and use FC!

I HAD TROUBLE ACCESSING IT YESTERDAY, BUT WAS FINALLY ABLE TO AFTER MANY, MANY ATTEMPTS....I AGREE IT IS A FREE SITE AND HOW CAN YOU BE COMPENSATED? WE ARE NOT COMPENSATED A PENNY FOR THE HOURS WE SPEND TAKING SURVEY ATTEMPTS, ONLY TO NOT QUALIFY, OR FOR THE DAYS NO VIDEOS ARE AVAILABLE, AND THAT SEEMS TO BE CONSTANT LATELY. WE ARE ALL LOSING ATTEMPTS AT EARNING....SORRY, BUT FACTUAL.... :peace:

that sounds great to me, no argument there i didn't have trouble other then being ablte to watch any videos. which i woulnt argue getting compansation for that :thumbsup:

I had issues trying to access it got messages stating that site is no longer at that web address, unable to access, i just keep trying over n over thru the day & eventually i got thru, same with just now on the forum i just kept trying & eventually i got thru i know its annoying but you gotta be able to access the site before get the incentive!!! hope you have any luck

Sorry to hear you had a problem. Maybe that's why I didn't try the site those 2 days
