After you click Submit, you'll get a second page. Be sure to click on, "I read the FAQ. I want to submit my Ticket" (something to that effect). If you just click on the 1st Submit, it won't go thru until you click on the button from the 2nd page. You'll be notified via email when your Support Ticket has a response. Come back here (to FC) and from the tabs located at the top of FC's main page, you'll see, Forum  Account  Offers  Support  Logout.....click on Support!
