1. Can I erase my browsing history and do the "daily" surveys more than once? Is it against the ToS?

No you cant do the 3 daily offers more than once per day.

as far as your 2nd question about referrals, anyone who needs money is a good source for a referral.  like just the other day a friend of mine was over and asked me what i was doing and i said makin money.  she is now my 4th referral.   :thumbsup:
