Paypal: I am verified, still can't cash out!

I have tried today also to cash out ,I am verified with Paypal,,keeps asking for phone number.I entered it...message popped up they were calling my number to verify ..never recieved a call..All I want to do is cash out.so I can recieve my money next month.....

The paypal site is closed from 11am till 1pm you can still get in but can't send or request money!

yea, paypal was having issues last night(9/13) and I got a message saying I wasn't verified. I tried it this morning and it works now. So everyone just give it another try if it said you weren't verified.

And about the phone number question, it took me 2 tries for it finally call my phone. So just try a few times or email tech support.
