Offers- are all of them eligible?

I believe there is a rule about not doing offers more than once but I am getting confused about which offers I have done and which ones I haven't. If the offers are listed for me to do does that mean I can do them? Once I complete an offer is it removed from my page?

Once you are credited with an offer, it disappears from your list. When you complete an offer, use the "Mark" tab to mark it, in case you do not receive credit.
