What dish recipe can you make better than anyone else?

I can make enchiladas, cheese, chicken or beef and everyone always tells me how good they are. I do add my secret ingredient to make them taste just a little different than original.  ;D

BEST CORNBREAD RECIPE EVER!

I recommend everyone to try this recipe.  It's not a complicated recipe and it tastes amazing.  I made this and lemon squares for my sisters going away party and everyone ate the cornbread and left the lemon squares.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
•   1/2 cup butter
•   2/3 cup white sugar
•   2 eggs
•   1 cup buttermilk
•   1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•   1 cup cornmeal
•   1 cup all-purpose flour
•   1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
1.   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch square pan.
2.   Melt butter in large skillet. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Quickly add eggs and beat until well blended. Combine buttermilk with baking soda and stir into mixture in pan. Stir in cornmeal, flour, and salt until well blended and few lumps remain. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
3.   Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Lasagna!  I use five different kinds of cheese. I always get complements on it and request for it!

Homemade mac & cheese, oven baked. The recipe came from a family friend years ago but I've modified and, dare I say, improved upon the original. Has American, colby and mozeralla cheeses but the cripsy cracker topping is what makes it special and delicious. Made it tonight for a friend; best batch yet! Perhaps too good? We at it all so no leftovers for me tomorrow!

I'm a pretty good cook, actually :)  I can pretty much make whatever I put my mind to.  As far as whether it's better than ANYONE elses, I don't know!  I make a pretty dang good pasta sauce, though ;)

Find another recipe.  I would recommend finding a recipe online because most of the time you can get feedback from other people who have tried it.  If you find a recipe that have many good comments then try it out.   There's no point in trying to adjust a recipe that isn't working out for you.  If there aren't any comments on a recipe then don't try it out.  I found a few for you, try them out if you'd like.  The comments seemed sound enough.
