Cashout Problem
« on: August 20, 2024, 06:09:00 pm »
Since FC isn't recognizing my email address I've had for 30 years without changes, I did not get my cashout this month. This is upsetting, especially since there is NO SUPPORT on this site anymore.

What am I to do now? This is the only site that isn't recognizing my email and I'm furious.  I've been a member for 12 years and never had a problem. Why all of a sudden? I could cry. I'm so upset. Does ANYBODY have any suggestions????

I am so sorry this is happening. I do not have anything to offer that you probably have not already tried- like opening a ticket. But I wanted to respond to your post and let you know that I understand your frustration. I was planning on cashing out this month, so I can follow up and let you know if I have the same issue. Hugs.

SO this isn't relevant to your immediate problem but yesterday I spent over an hour straightening out my postal delivery with the service center for USPS!  The postman reported my address as "Unable to deliver to location"  after over 25 years of receiving mail and packages!  (It's a mental fart) This is getting worse and worse as in the inflation of our grocery prices!

Oh and the mail today was correct (with packages)  :highfive:

This is how dumb I am....Even though I got that message, I kept adding to this month's $$$ and am up to almost $20. When the cashout didn't arrive on the 20th for last month's cashout, I stopped. I thought it was a fluke since I can still log on and thought I'd still get that money since email isn't involved. It's not so I'm now out $46.62 total and that doesn't count the $15 owed for past forum posts.

I guess there's no hope so I won't be "working" this site anymore.

At the very least file a complaint with the FTC and BBB.  At least u have the satisfaction of RANTING about this BOGUS SITE.   :bad: :turkey: :bad:

That's truly crazy that they aren't accepting your email address after all those years! Only thing I can suggest is to write to Fusioncash by snail mail. The address is Fusioncash Inc., PO Box 7095, Santa Cruz, CA 95061-7095. Good luck!

Just  curious.  Has anyone ever received a customer service response?  I think I did years ago, but when I check my requests for the past few years, none has ever been acknowledged.

Well, I sent FC a letter a week ago. I have yet to hear from them. Next step will be a complaint to the BBB and FTC. If nothing happens, I just might consult an attorney. After all, I'm not the only one who has lost money here and FC needs to realize they can't get away with fraud becaus this is what is happening.
