Daily Email and PTC Capcha Not Working

Great start to the day. Tried email 3 times. The block where you enter information doesn't load. Can't get past it either....so i had extra PTC and did that. Capcha won't load there either so I guess I'm out 17 cents already today.

Same here, i thought it was on my end and logged out and redid the PTC and still capcha won't load..........grrrrrrrrrrr

I submitted a ticket but I doubt they'll do anything to fix it.

everyone will have to earn the 15 cents and more doing the only thing that credits is tapresearch ! hope the captcha gets fixed soon :0

I couldn't get my PTC box to load yesterday but my email worked fine. Now today neither are working.

Everything thing should be working  the PTC the FC survey page the 2 cent email the video's  the tasks and tapresearch is crediting but cheating members out of  DQ and survey rewards! did bostonphil die not a word from him for months!.... very sad because members depend on this money!

Captcha AREN'T  working DAY 2 so that's $.34 no one can make so far.   I doubt it will be fixed soon because there are other items that haven't worked in months and/or years....like Support and Forum Bonus. I think FC is really going downhill. I'm just waiting for the day that they don't pay the monthly earnings.

Guess the owner bought the site to make money without taking care of the people who earn the money for him.

Maybe I'm too quick in checking my account but I was DQ'd from 2 FC surveys so far this morning and they haven't credited yet.  So this is another way of not paying? So disappointing. FC used to be one of the best sites to earn.

I have had the same issue with the e-mail and PTC for 2 days now (4-19, 4-20). Today, I tried a Tap Research survey and I was correctly credited with the DQ bonus right away.

Tap Research is crediting me (and others I believe) just fine. If you aren't getting credits due, go to Tap Research survey page and click on the upper right corner. I believe it's 3 lines. You can get help & support there.

  :bad:I have a bad feeling that PTC and daily email may go out like the forum bonus..... I other words stop paying by not having a working capcha but not tell members anything..............

Thanks for contacting Solve. Unfortunately, we are no longer providing this service. We would recommend any clients look into adding Google reCAPTCHA to replace the Solve units.
